Portal de Macacuba
This desk was create from Macacuba and Walnut. There is almost no metal throughout. It is doweled with Oak and glued. There is a tempered glass insert and arched legs. The legs were engineered and when combined form a icositetragon. The legs have been chiseled into their base and the table. The white wood is the sap would that has been folded inside-out. This allows the person at the desk for their heart to be against the heartwood. It also creates the feeling of a portal in the center of the table. This is all quite complicated.
